Run the crew today. Run the projects tomorrow.

We're after a Site Foreman who wants more than another year on the tools. At Skyco you'll lead our crews on commercial concrete sites, and you'll have a clear pathway off the tools and into project management.

About Skyco Group

Skyco is a commercial concrete contractor delivering external works and hardscape packages for Tier 2 and Tier 3 builders across Melbourne: pavements, ramps, exposed aggregate, tiered seating, architectural elements and retaining walls. We hire for culture first. Skills can be sharpened, attitude can't.

Our values

- Own the Outcome: own your mistakes and fix them. No excuses, no blame.
- Build It Right, With Pride: clean sites, neat formwork, finishes you'd show anyone.
- Find a Way: bring solutions, not headaches.
- One Team: crew, builders and office pulling the same direction.

The role

- Run our crews on site day to day and lead from the front
- Plan the work ahead,

raise issues early and keep the builder and office in the loop
- Keep sites safe, tidy and on program
- Deliver a finish we're all proud of
- Over time, take on more of the planning, programming and client side as you step into project management

Who we're looking for

- 3 to 5+ years as a foreman on commercial external concrete
- Strong in exposed aggregate, pavements, ramps, formwork and retaining walls
- Someone who leads by example, communicates clearly and wants to grow
- White Card, Working With Children Check, driver's licence and full working rights in Australia

What you get

- $110,000 to $130,000 salary plus super, depending on experience
- A clear pathway off the tools and into project management
- Training days, transparent systems and a 30/60/90 day plan
- A steady pipeline of commercial work
