Tomago Aluminium is looking for a capable, hands-on Supervisor to lead a crew in a heavy industrial setting. Reporting to the Superintendent, you’ll drive safety, reliability and continuous improvement while meeting production and quality targets.
You’ll coach and develop team members, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and uphold robust operating procedures and values. This role is based on site in NSW.
