PharmaCare Group in Warriewood (Sydney's Northern Beaches) seeks a Customer Service Lead to drive exceptional service and build solid customer relationships. You will manage inquiries and orders, support sales processes, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and CS teams.

The role is full-time, in-office, with opportunities to develop leadership and contribute to a dynamic health-wellness brand. Prior call centre experience is preferred, along with Salesforce/JDE familiarity.
