Boral Cement is seeking an experienced Operator Maintainer to join our Production Support Team at Maldon. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will support operations to meet targets by following daily plans and responding to plant breakdowns when production allows.

This role acts as Shift Relief with Day, Night and weekend shifts, with generous allowances on top of a competitive hourly rate. You will collaborate with Production, Packaging and Dispatch to improve efficiency and maintain protected
