Norco Co-operative Limited is seeking an experienced Production Employee to join our busy Gold Coast factory. The role involves operating plastic blow moulding and packaging equipment on a 12-hour rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

You will monitor, maintain and troubleshoot equipment, perform quality checks and uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards in a high-volume dairy manufacturing setting.
