OZ Design are currentlylooking to fill an MR driver position within our Distribution Centrein Truganina. This is a blended role of not only driving trucks, but performinga full range of warehouse duties as a warehouse operator.

About the role

We are seeking the services of a reliable, highly motivated andenergetic MR driver / warehouse operator to fill a full-time position at ourwarehouse in Truganina. Suitable candidates must hold a valid MR truck licenceand possess a willingness to work a blended role of driving and deliveringgoods throughout the Melbourne area, along with undertaking a range ofwarehouse activities.

We are looking for people thatnot only ensure their work is completed to the highest standard, but can do sowhilst balancing different priorities, tight deadlines and unexpectedchallenges. As this role can be physically challenging with heavy lifting andrepetitive work, we need operators that are able to remain productive andenergetic throughout their shift. A love for physical work is a must, as issomeone who is self-motivated, well organised, has a high level of accuracy anda strong sense of team spirit.

Duties Include:





- Completing paperwork for deliveries and ensuring all items are correct
- Loading, transporting and delivering goods
- Providing excellent customer services to stores & customers
- Loading / unloading trucks, trailers and containers
- Full range of warehouse duties
- Maintain a clean & well organised vehicle
- Using RFID handheld scanner technology to complete work

Selection Criteria

- Must hold a current Australian MR License
- One year experiencewith multi drop delivery driving is essential
- Must be willing to work a blended role (MR driver& warehouse operator)
- Must be able to work from Monday to Friday (8:30am – 17:00)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A reasonable level of fitness due to the manual handling nature of the role
- Good work ethic, working within a team setting and autonomously
- Flexibility to work overtime if required
- Confident and engaging communication skills
