Beaches Cantina on Darby Street in Cooks Hill, Newcastle, NSW, seeks an experienced Chef to join the kitchen team. You will lead hands-on cooking across the full menu from breakfast to dinner, and work confidently during busy morning and evening services.

The role requires a practical leader who can plan menus with the management team, monitor food safety and allergen handling, and maintain high-quality plating. Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.
