The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Attendant at Panthers North Richmond,you'll help create an enjoyable experience for our members andguests. Working across areas including bar, café, gaming, functionsand events, you'll assist with food and beverage service, cashhandling and day-to-day venue operations.This is a greatopportunity for a friendly and energetic individual who enjoysvarity, thrives in a busy hospitality environment and takes pridein looking after their local community.

What you'll be doing

- Delivering exceptional customer service to members andguests
- Processing POS transactions and handling cash accurately
- Replenishing stock and collecting glasses
- Assisting with functions and events
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Supporting daily operations and working flexibly acrossdifferent areas and shifts as required

About you

You're friendly, motivated and enjoy creating positiveexperiences for others.

You also bring:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- The ability to remain calm, adapt and solve problems in a busyenvironment
- Skilled presentation and grooming
- Current RSA and RCG qualifications, or a willingness toobtain




- Confidence handling cash accurately
- Basic computer skills
