The Bureau of Meteorology, National Observing Operations section, is seeking an enthusiastic supervisor for a remote posting on Willis Island for approximately six months, joining a small four-person team. Departures are planned from Cairns in April 2027, with an additional deployment possible in October 2027.

The Office In Charge will manage observations, station maintenance, safety practices, and staff mentoring, liaising with the Remote Operations Lead North.
