Salter Brothers Hospitality’s Ardour Lilianfels Blue Mountains seeks an experienced Chef de Partie to head a section in Darley’s Restaurant, delivering high-end dishes with premium local ingredients.

Reporting to the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs, you will run your station with consistency, uphold the venue’s fine dining standards, and contribute to menu development in a world-class Blue Mountains setting. Weekend rosters and relocation nearby are expected.
