We are looking for an experienced B2B Enterprise Portal Product Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap, discovery, and delivery for a unified enterprise digital portal.

Required Skills:

- 12+ years of Product Management/Product Ownership experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in B2B Enterprise Portal Product Management (Must Have).
- Expertise in product strategy, discovery, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud, and modern web architectures.
- Experience with RBAC, entitlements, and enterprise account hierarchies.
- Agile/Scrum or Protected experience.
- Telecom B2B domain experience (5G, IoT, mobility).

Key Responsibilities:

- Own product vision, roadmap, backlog, and end-to-end delivery of B2B enterprise portals.
- Drive product discovery, market research, competitive analysis,



and customer needs assessment.
- Lead enterprise portal consolidation, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage B2B customer journeys across account management, billing, ordering, and network services.
- Define API and integration requirements across CRM, CPQ, billing, and provisioning platforms.
- Collaborate with UX, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders.
- Drive AI-enabled self-service capabilities and improve customer experience.

Preferred:

- Telecom B2B domain experience (5G, IoT, mobility).
- Salesforce CRM/CPQ and enterprise portal consolidation experience.
- Exposure to AI-enabled customer experiences.
