We're part of a bigger group in wholesale floristry, working in partnership with FM Group, so you'll have the backing of an international network behind you. Based on Brisbane's south side, we're a close-knit, supportive team with big plans, and we're looking for talented florists to grow with us.

What you'll bring
Demonstrated floristry experience, ideally in a production or high-volume environment
Speed and consistency, without sacrificing quality
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Comfort working within a team and taking the lead when needed
Reliability, punctuality and flexibility
Previous leadership roles or a demonstrated ability to lead teams
Wholesale, supermarket or production industry experience
Certificate III in Floristry or similar
The role
Early morning starts (6:00am)
Regular 8 hour shifts
Monday - Friday
Availability during peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas
A physical, hands-on role, including standing for long periods and lifting buckets and stock
