We are looking for a new sales representative to run our 3PL to further expand based in Dandenong South, helping grow our business sales places.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- Develop new B2B customers including B2B Customers
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the customer base

Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Internal Collaboration





- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment
- Provide customer insights to support business growth

About you

- Previous experience in B2B sales
- Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales experience is required
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
- Ability to develop new customers and maintain long-term relationships
- Must hold valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa
