AirTrunk in Sydney is seeking a Utilities Commercial Manager to lead commercial and contracts for hyperscale data centre utilities packages from HV to water infrastructure. You will report to the Associate Commercial Director and collaborate with Development, Design, Delivery, Procurement, Legal, Finance and Cost Management teams.

You will shape procurement strategy, negotiate contracts, manage variations and claims, monitor costs and forecasts, and ensure governance across projects.
