Northern Health is offering an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Cadetship (RUSON) to support nursing students in a culturally safe workplace. The role focuses on developing clinical skills while delivering patient-centred care under RN supervision.
Applicants must identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, be enrolled in a Bachelor of Nursing and have completed at least one year of study, maintaining good grades and a collaborative approach with the health team and community.
