The successful candidate will have a successful track record overseeing the Payroll function within large scale, complex, operating environments. You will have led teams across multiple entities in various geographical locations working with multiple agreements, payroll systems and diverse employment arrangements.



In addition you will be an agent of change who can translate the enterprise strategy into a payroll function roadmap with transparent priorities, owners and milestones. You will have the ability to work collaboratively to deliver change and transformation projects, technology implementation and operating model redesign. You are an accomplished leader who has the gravitas and communication skills to influence and successfully lead people.

Previous experience in Construction, Rail, Transport, Utilities, Infrastructure or Healthcare sectors will be highly regarded.
