BMS Project Engineer / Project Manager | Remote & sites in the Melbourne CBD

National BMS contractor with over 20 years' presence in the Melbourne market, delivering projects for major REITs and commercial building owners.
Position
Reporting into the Head of Projects, this role will cover both engineering and project management duties for projects across Melbourne, with additional engineering support available for larger projects.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Solutions design
- FDs
- Points lists
- Equipment selection
- Programming
- Graphics
- Commissioning
- Commercial and contractual management of projects
- Client and subcontractor management
You
To be successful, you will have worked in a similar role delivering end-to-end engineering on BMS projects.
- Subcontractor procurement and payment management
- Client management and coordination
- Commercial management including variations, negotiations and claims
- Construction programming and coordination with other trades
Experience with Tridium Niagara would be desirable; however, training and support can be provided.
