St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne in Melbourne is seeking a Waiting List Officer to manage elective surgery waiting lists from a clerical perspective in line with DHHS policy.

You will receive forms from clinics and update the PAS waiting list, contact patients, and schedule admissions and pre-admission appointments. The role offers a fixed-term, full time contract (Monday to Friday) ending June 2027, with salary in HS1–HS17 band and pro rata.
