The role:

Based in office, you'll work closelywith senior property professionals to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation ofthe portfolio, build solid relationships with clients, tenants andcontractors, and deliver outstanding service across all aspects of propertymanagement.

This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach, strong stakeholdermanagement skills, and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes for bothclients and tenants.

Key responsibilities:

- Support senior Asset ManagementServices team members across key client appointments

- Assist in the day-to-daymanagement of two commercial office assets

- Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients, tenants, contractors and service providers

- Coordinate maintenance, tenantrequests, lease administration and operational matters

- Prepare reports, budgets and otherproperty management documentation

- Support initiatives that enhanceasset performance and tenant satisfaction

- Provide leadership and mentoringto junior team members where required





- Ensure properties are managed inaccordance with client expectations, company policies and budgetrequirements
