Graduate Occupational Therapist Role (Junior Clinicians Welcome to Apply!)

Your First OT Job Matters. Let's Get It Right.

Finishing your Occupational Therapy degree this year, graduating in early 2027, or already in your first or second year as an OT and looking for better support and learning opportunities?

Now is actually the perfect time to start looking.

At Voxx Recruitment, we're working with a fantastic allied health organisation based near Liverpool, Sydney, offering a mix of clinic and community-based Occupational Therapy.

The best part? Your caseload can be tailored to your interests and preferences.

Maybe you love paediatrics. Maybe you'd prefer working with adults. Maybe you're interested in NDIS, community-based therapy, or a mix of different presentations.

Or maybe, honestly, you're still figuring out what you enjoy most and just want to work somewhere with good people, strong supervision and plenty of opportunities to learn.

That's exactly what we're here to help with.

What Makes This Opportunity Different?

This isn't about throwing you into a busy caseload and expecting you to figure everything out.

It's about finding the right environment for you to develop your skills, build confidence and actually enjoy your work.

Here's what you can look forward to:

- Tailored Caseload: Work with clients and presentations that align with your interests, whether that's paediatrics, adults or a mix.

- Clinic & Community: Enjoy variety in your working week, with opportunities across both settings.

- Support & Supervision: An environment where learning, asking questions and developing your clinical skills are prioritised.

- Career Development:

Build a strong foundation as an OT, with opportunities to grow as your confidence and experience develop.

- Liverpool Location: A great opportunity for OTs living in Liverpool, South West Sydney and surrounding suburbs.

Because your first few years as an OT can have a massive impact on how you feel about your career.

You deserve to be somewhere that invests in your development, not just your billable hours.

Why Start Looking Now?

If you're graduating later this year or early 2027, this is a great time to start exploring your options.

Graduate opportunities are already being planned, and getting in early gives you more time to explore what's available, meet potential employers and find somewhere that genuinely suits you.

And if you're already working as a junior OT but feel like you're not getting the supervision, support or exposure you were hoping for, there's absolutely nothing wrong with exploring what else is out there.

You don't need to know exactly what you want yet. That's the point.

We can talk you through the chance, explain how the role could be tailored to you and help you decide whether it's worth exploring.

Who Are We?

At Voxx Recruitment, we specialise in allied health recruitment, and we genuinely believe the right role is about more than a salary and a job description.

We want to know you — what you enjoy, what you want to learn, the type of clients you'd like to work with and what kind of team will bring out your best.

Then we'll do the legwork.

One conversation. The right support. A great start to your OT career.

No pressure. No BS. Just honest advice and a chance to find the right fit.
