Dragonfly Cares is seeking an experienced BCBA to serve as Lead BCBA in a center-based setting. You will carry a clinical caseload while guiding the RBT team and coordinating with the Site Director in office.

You will lead clinical services, supervise staff, and provide ongoing training and family communication to ensure high-quality ABA therapy for children ages 3–22. Immediate start available.
