Sphere Solutions in Plymouth is seeking a commercially solid Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to lead pricing from tenders through final accounts on refurbishment and building projects.

You will manage cost reporting, budgets, forecasts, valuations, and variations, liaise with clients and project teams, and provide commercial guidance across NHS, education, MOD or university sectors. This is a permanent role with £70,000–£75,000 and a company car or car allowance.
