Healthscope Independence Services (HIS) seeks a Residential Supervisor to lead a team delivering disability supports to residents in a multi‑story apartment complex. You will work under the SDA Area Manager to ensure consistent high‑quality service aligned with NDIS, TAC and iCare standards.

You will drive client-centred practice, oversee intake and admissions, monitor compliance, and contribute to growth opportunities with central support from our Head of Growth and Partnerships.
