King Road Brewing Company is looking for an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and help drive the next stage of our food offering. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys a busy hospitality environment, takes pride in quality food and wants to build a strong, reliable kitchen team.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of chefs and dish crew
- Oversee day‑to‑day kitchen operations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
- Manage kitchen organisation, ordering, stock control and food costs
- Develop and maintain menus alongside management
- Manage kitchen rosters and team performance
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness and compliance standards are maintained




- Work closely with the venue and management team to deliver a great customer experience

About you

- Has proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef or senior kitchen leader
- Is confident leading and developing a team
- Can remain calm and organised in a busy service
- Takes pride in producing consistently good food
- Is a strong communicator and team player
- Wants to take ownership and make the kitchen their own
