- Assisting customers with general enquiries and account support
- Managing collections and working with customers to find suitable payment solutions
- Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records
- Handling hardship cases with sensitivity and professionalism
- Ensuring detailed and compliant file notes and database updates
- Adhering to internal policies, processes, and external regulatory requirements
