Tunstall Square Family Medical Centre – Donvale

We are seeking a friendly, caring and highly organised Medical Receptionist to join our well-established medical practice and supportive team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent patient care and being part of a friendly and professional medical environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A friendly, professional and patient-focused approach.

The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

The ability to remain calm, organised and efficient in a busy environment.

Previous medical reception experience (preferred).

Knowledge of Pracsoft and Medical Director (preferred).

Hours: 20 hours per week

Location: Tunstall Square Family Medical Centre, Donvale

Immediate start preferred.

Flexibility to provide leave coverage for other reception staff, including sick leave and annual leave, when required.
