Pick Packer / Tugger Operator

About the Role

Manpower is currently seeking experienced Pick Packers with Tugger experience to join a busy warehouse operation based in Truganina.

We have multiple vacancies available for reliable warehouse team members who can work in a fast-paced distribution workplace. Successful applicants will be responsible for order picking, packing, stock movements and tugger operation while maintaining high safety and productivity standards.

Initial opportunities are available across both day and afternoon shifts, with Saturday work also available.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate tugger equipment safely and efficiently
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Complete stock replenishment and inventory movements
- Prepare orders for dispatch
- Maintain inventory accuracy and quality standards
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures




- Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Skills & Experience

- Previous warehouse pick packing experience
- Proven tugger operating experience
- Experience using RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely

What's On Offer?

- $35.00 per hour + Super
- Weekly pay
- Morning shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Afternoon shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Saturday shifts available
- Immediate starts available
