Customer Engagement Specialist

Altitude is seeking a proactive Customer Engagement Specialist to join a thriving auto parts distributor in Keysborough, VIC.

This role combines phone based sales, customer support and relationship building, offering a great opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys matching customers with the right parts and takes pride in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, interpreting parts requirements and converting calls into sales invoices
- Achieve monthly team and personal sales budgets, including phone conversion targets
- Manage warranty claims, customer returns and associated paperwork with accuracy
- Conduct customer visits under the guidance of the Sales Manager, logging visit notes and meeting visit KPIs
- Follow up customer payments and support purchasing,



cold calling and daily cash logs as required.

Key Requirements:

- Relevant experience in a similar role in any industry
- Robust knowledge of automotive and vehicle parts, with the ability to interpret parts requirements accurately
- Exceptional customer service focus across all channels: written, phone and face to face
- Sound understanding of sales over the phone, with excellent attention to detail and written skills
- Professional, confident and positive approach with a willingness to learn.
