Department of Justice and Community Safety VIC in Bendigo is seeking a Field Officer to supervise clients at community work sites and support rehabilitation efforts. You will inspect sites, enforce safety, and coordinate transport to partner locations, combining field work with office duties. Weekend shifts are required.

You must communicate effectively, manage conflicts, and model positive behaviours to help individuals gain recent skills. Carpentry, gardening or painting abilities are a plus.
