Burson is seeking a driven Store Manager for the Hoppers Crossing store in Melbourne. You will lead a high-performing team, drive the store’s business plan, and deliver robust commercial and customer outcomes.

You’ll coach staff, manage financial performance, ensure OH&S; compliance, and champion Burson programs to meet branch targets and KPI’s. Availability for Saturday work is required.
