Bene Aged Care is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Advisor to join the People & Culture team on a part‑time basis (18 hours per week) with a hybrid working arrangement.

You will partner with leaders and managers to interpret employment legislation, Contemporary Awards and Enterprise Agreements, advise on disputes, and support negotiations while promoting compliant, best‑practice workplace relations across the organisation.
