Ramsay Health's Transition to Discharge Unit in Cairns offers a 15‑bed inpatient setting focused on mental health care. The role provides leadership to plan and manage discharge pathways and to drive evidence-based nursing practice.

You will coordinate quality improvement, train staff, and collaborate with the Team Leader, Manager and Nursing Director to deliver high-quality care while supporting patients and their families.
