Life Without Barriers in Geelong is seeking two experienced Therapeutic Residential Care House Managers to lead a team providing care to young people with high and complex needs. You will mentor Residential Care Support Workers and implement a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach within daily routines.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safety and wellbeing, manage rostering, coordinate transitions of children, and liaise with culturally appropriate services to connect young people
