Western NSW Local Health District in NSW is seeking a Physiotherapist – Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP) to conduct physical, mobility and fall-risk assessments, deliver targeted exercise programs and prescribe mobility aids in community settings under supervision.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, benefit from orientation to TCP processes, and have opportunities for career development. The AHEAD program supports early-career allied health professionals.
