Corporate Health Management is seeking a passionate and experienced Fitness Professional to join our team in our location at Hawthorn East VIC. As a Fitness Professional, you will play a key role in helping our corporate clients improve their health and wellness through tailored fitness programs and personal training. This is a part-time position required for the following hours Mon - Thu 5.30am - 1.30pm.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering a range of fitness programs and personal training sessions to corporate clients
- Conducting a mix of HIIT, Strength, Boxing, Low-impact strength fitness class programs
- Providing motivation, guidance and support to help clients achieve their fitness goals
- Maintaining accurate client records and progress tracking
- Promoting a positive and inclusive environment to encourage client engagement
- Ensuring all fitness equipment and facilities are kept clean and well-maintained
What we're looking for
- Recognised fitness qualification (Certificate IV in Fitness or Bachelors of Exercise Science)
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Fitness Professional in a corporate or commercial setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
- Excellent motivational and coaching abilities to inspire clients
- Knowledge of principles of exercise programming and nutrition for health and wellness
- Certification in First Aid and CPR
- Enthusiasm for promoting healthy lifestyles and a positive attitude
