We provide person-centred support to NDIS participants, helping them achieve their goals, build independence, and engage in their community. This role focuses on providing quality 1:1 support tailored to each participant's individual needs.

About the Role

- Provide individualised 1:1 support to NDIS participants
- Assist with daily living activities and personal goals
- Support participants to access the community and attend appointments
- Encourage independence, choice, and skill development




- Build positive and qualified relationships with participants and their families
- Complete progress notes and required documentation

Essential Requirements

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience supporting people with disabilities
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and participant-focused approach
