Hedz Recruitment Specialists is looking for an experienced Workshop Foreman to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced workshop setting.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid Passport
- 58 years experience as a Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic AND Foreman
- Red Seal Trade Certificate: Diesel Mechanic Heavy Duty
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Hands-on experience with Cummins M10 & M11 and Volvo (new ecomode engines)
- Expertise in Kalmar and Hyster equipment, including 45-ton forklifts and reach stackers
- Proven experience managing teams of 2040 staff
- Experience in the Logistics / Transport industry advantageous
