The role

You'd keep the day running, from the first phone call to the rebooking on the way out. That means welcoming clients, managing bookings,



the waitlist and cancellations, turning phone, email and Instagram enquiries into appointments, looking after packages, vouchers and retail, and holding the line on clinic policies like late cancellation fees, kindly but firmly.

What you'll need

- Excellent customer service, with a warm manner that puts clients at ease
- The confidence to enforce clinic protocols without losing the warmth
- A proactive work ethic and great attention to detail
- Aesthetics, skin or beauty clinic experience is preferred, though a solid background in high end client service will also be considered
