Reporting to the Construction Director, you will be responsible for delivering safe, high quality & profitable projects from award through to completion. This will require that you:



Leading and managing project teams to ensure that all aspects of the project are delivered on time and within budgetDeveloping project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources allocationOverseeing project progress, tracking milestones, and ensuring adherence to quality standardsManaging stakeholder relationships and communication throughout the project lifecycleIdentifying potential risks and implementing effective risk management strategiesEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policiesContributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practicesProven experience in managing and documenting any quality concerns throughout the project.You will possess the following:Solid leadership skillsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesProven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects.
