Summary:As a Shift Leader in the hospitality and catering industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment during your shift. You will lead a team of staff, maintain high standards of service, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is vital for upholding our reputation and delivering exceptional experiences to our guests in Prestons, New South Wales.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the team during shifts.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.Train, mentor,
