Salary: $120,000 – $180,000

Bujairami Perfumes is one of Australia's fastest-growing fragrance brands, with an expanding wholesale and distribution network across Australia, the Middle East, Europe, North America and other international markets.We are looking for an experienced Wholesale & Distribution Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day coordination of our growing wholesale division.This is a hands-on operational role. You will manage wholesale orders from purchase order through to dispatch, coordinate stock and production requirements, communicate with distributors, follow up payments and documentation, work closely with our warehouse and freight partners, and make sure orders keep moving.We are looking for someone who doesn't simply identify or pass on a problem, you follow it through until it is resolved.You will work closely with our Managing Director, Wholesale Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse,



Finance and Freight teams and will become a central point of coordination for our international wholesale operations.We would particularly like to hear from candidates with experience in:Wholesale or distribution operationsInternational wholesale customers or distributorsPurchase order and order fulfilment managementWarehouse and inventory coordinationInternational freight and export documentationDangerous goods (DG) freight or regulated productsERP systems, with Acumatica experience highly regardedManaging large volumes of open orders and backordersCustomer and distributor communicationCoordinating across Production, Warehouse, Purchasing and FinanceThis role will suit someone who is highly organised, persistent and naturally follows things through.
