Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager working on SaaS Implementations, you’ll lead end-to-end delivery of ELMO solutions for our customers. You’ll be the primary point of contact across business and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, in scope, and with a great customer experience.What you’ll be focused on:Own and manage project timelines, resolving scheduling conflicts and keeping delivery on trackGuide customer project managers and project teams using ELMO’s implementation methodologyKeep stakeholders informed with clear, regular updates on status, milestones, risks, and issuesIdentify and manage project risks and dependencies, proactively resolving issues to ensure successful outcomesManage changes to scope, schedule, and cost with minimal disruption and clear impact communicationMaintain clear, comprehensive project documentation from kickoff through to closureBuild robust client relationships,
