You will help patients feel informed and welcome while keeping bookings,



payments and information accurate.What you will bringA minimum of 1-year experience in private practice is preferred though not essentialFull unrestricted Australian working rightsFirst Aid and CPR QualificationsWorking With Children's CheckNational Police CheckAbility to develop excellent rapport with your clients and maintain a loyal caseloadAbility to work independently or as part of a teamWelcome patients and respond to routine enquiries.Manage appointments and assist with clinician schedules.Process payments and routine claims, including HICAPS where applicable.Keep patient contact and booking information accurate and confidential.Assist with payment enquiries and administrative follow-up.Help maintain a tidy, prepared reception and clinic environment.Above award base salary + superPersonal Professional Development budget is available.Refer a friend schemeFlexible hours give you a great work/life balance.
