This is not a back-office estimating role.
You will be responsible for: – Managing estimating from plans through to submission – Reviewing drawings, specs, and scopes for commercial & Residential carpentry projects – Pricing work with a strong focus on profitability and risk – Managing inbound opportunities and tender pipeline – Building relationships with builders, developers, and key clients – Identifying which projects to pursue vs walk away from – Working directly with the owner to drive growth.

You are not just quoting jobs you are helping shape the direction and revenue of the business.

What We’re Looking For – Proven experience estimating in construction (commercial & Residential MUST) – Strong understanding of costing, margins, and project risk – Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications confidently – Commercial mindset not just trying to win every job – Strong communication and relationship-building skills – Self-driven and comfortable taking ownership Bonus if you: – Have experience in carpentry, cladding,



or structural works – Have existing relationships with builders in SEQ
