VRH is seeking an experienced Emergency Veterinary Team Leader to lead our ECC service in Melbourne. This leadership role focuses on mentoring veterinarians, upholding high clinical standards, and guiding the growth of a multidisciplinary emergency team.

You will influence team culture, support onboarding and ongoing professional development, and work with hospital leadership to shape the future direction of ECC. A explicit pathway to Head of Department exists for the right candidate.
