Mind Australia is seeking a compassionate Community Mental Health Practitioner to support young people aged 12–25 who are experiencing or recently recovered from early psychosis. This permanent full-time position focuses on outreach across Mackay, with adaptable options to work from home or the office as needed, and a pathway to education, employment and community participation.

You will work closely with families, carers and clinical teams to deliver one-on-one and group support, coordinate care
