Your New Role

Kingston Human Capital are currently supporting a Queensland Government organisation to appoint a Business Support Officer (AO3 level) on a contract basis. This role will see you provide an efficient and high standard of customer service by:

- Monitoring and managing internal and external correspondence
- Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, ensuring responses are within required time frames
- Following up outstanding works and invoices with contractors through email and phone

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience in an Administration, Customer Service or Business Support position
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High level attention to detail, particularly with data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to demonstrate initiative by handling enquiries in absence of senior staff (within delegations)
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to successfully pass a Criminal History Check prior to commencement

Previous experience in a similar role within the Queensland Government would be highly regarded,



as would experience with SAP or Ellipse.

- $51.12 per Hour + 12% Superannuation
- 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday

- Weekly pay cycles through Kingston, with no payroll fees
