Redcliffe Area Youth Space (RAYS) invites a Mental Health Practitioner to provide versatile, outreach-based care to young people aged 12–25 with complex challenges, including risk of serious mental illness. In a two-worker model with a Recovery Manager, you will deliver integrated clinical and psychosocial support in homes, schools and community settings.
