The role operates in a agile, multidisciplinary setting with a 32-bed ward, a dedicated stroke unit, and a 486-bed facility equipped with 14 theatres and a 20-bed ICU. Nurses enjoy CPD support, flexible 8- or 12-hour shifts, and a pathway to leadership within a teaching hospital.
