GRAF AUSTRALIA PTY LTD 1. Technical Leadership and Strategy Lead the technical function at GRAF Australia, establishing clear priorities, objectives and standards aligned with the company's strategic and commercial goals. Develop and implement a technical strategy to support business growth, product adoption and long-term market positioning.

Establish technical standards, design methodologies, review processes and quality assurance procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy across all technical deliverables. Provide senior-level technical guidance on complex projects, non-standard applications and solutions that fall outside established product design parameters. Oversee the preparation, review and approval of engineering designs, calculations, technical documentation and product recommendations.

Ensure technical advice and solutions are aligned with applicable Australian Standards, building codes, regulatory requirements and state and local authority guidelines. Identify technical risks, design limitations and opportunities for innovation, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Promote continuous improvement in technical systems, workflows, documentation and service delivery.

2. Engineering Design and Technical Solutions Oversee the preparation and review of COSMA tank designs for ECOBLOC onsite detention, retention and infiltration projects. Provide technical direction for pump station designs, system configurations and product recommendations. Lead value engineering initiatives to develop efficient, cost-effective and technically robust solutions for clients.

Oversee HAURATON channel drainage designs and related technical recommendations. Manage the preparation and review of project plan take-offs, product schedules, technical specifications and equivalent product assessments. Provide expert advice on product suitability, hydraulic performance, structural considerations, installation requirements and design limitations.

Review complex project designs and recommend alternative solutions that improve performance,



reduce costs or simplify installation. Support the development of technical submissions, design calculations, drawings, reports and tender documentation. Establish appropriate technical review and sign-off processes for designs and recommendations issued by the technical team.

3. Specifications and Market Development Lead the technical specification strategy to increase the inclusion of GRAF products in major civil infrastructure, stormwater and wastewater projects. Identify and prioritise strategic projects, key consultants, councils, government authorities, developers and Tier 1 contractors. Build and maintain relationships with engineering consultants, project designers, contractors and relevant decision-makers.

Provide technical presentations, product training and engineering workshops to consultants, councils, contractors and other industry stakeholders. Work collaboratively with the sales and specification teams to identify project opportunities, secure product specifications and convert technical engagement into commercial outcomes. Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from concept design and specification through tendering, construction and installation.

Develop strategies to strengthen GRAF's position in major infrastructure projects and improve the adoption of its water management solutions. Oversee the management of project specifications, technical opportunities and client records within the CRM system. Monitor competitor products, industry developments and emerging market requirements to identify opportunities for product differentiation and business growth.

4. Team Leadership and Development Lead, mentor and develop the technical team, establishing clear responsibilities, performance expectations and development objectives.



Build technical capability across the business through structured training, knowledge sharing and career development. Allocate resources and prioritise technical workloads to ensure project deadlines and internal service expectations are met.

Establish measurable performance indicators for technical delivery, design quality, turnaround times and stakeholder satisfaction. Foster a collaborative working environment between technical, sales, specification, operations and management teams. Identify capability gaps and implement recruitment, training or external support strategies where required.

Encourage accountability, professional development and a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure the team maintains appropriate technical records, design documentation and project information. 5. Technical Compliance, Approvals and Risk Management Maintain oversight of product approvals, certifications and technical compliance requirements across relevant Australian states and territories.

Monitor changes to Australian Standards, legislation, industry guidelines and local authority requirements that may affect GRAF products and their applications. Establish processes to ensure product information, technical documentation and design recommendations remain current and accurate. Identify and manage technical, regulatory and project-related risks, escalating significant matters to senior management when appropriate.

Coordinate the preparation and maintenance of technical manuals, design guides, standard details, installation guidance and product documentation. Support the investigation and resolution of technical complaints, product performance concerns and installation-related issues. Work with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical issues are resolved promptly and appropriately.

Maintain appropriate records of technical decisions, design reviews, product approvals and corrective actions. 6.
